Life Hacks for the Endurance Athlete

Because we spend so much time training, anything that makes ‘normal’ life easier is welcome.

1). Getting the smell out of training clothes. When your favourite shirt makes you start to gag 5 minutes into a run, it does not need to be relegated to the rag bag any longer. Fill a bucket with cold water and 1 cup of white vinegar. Soak the offending garment overnight (or longer) before throwing the contents of the bucket, water and all into the washing machine and washing as per normal.
